Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data AI Visible collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to meet our obligations under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Who we are
AI Visible is a Singapore practice that helps small businesses become visible and correctly described in AI-generated answers. For any question about this notice or about data we hold, write to hello@aivisible.sg.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what the request form asks for. There is no account system, no advertising tracker, and no third-party analytics on this site.

| Business goal, and how you heard about us | Optional. Helps us tailor the read and understand which channels reach people. |
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard technical information such as your IP address and approximate location in order to serve the site and to filter automated abuse.
Consent
We collect this data only when you submit the form and tick the consent box. That consent covers producing your Snapshot and contacting you about it. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you and delete your data on request.
Who else sees it
Your submission is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing. It is handled by a small number of service providers strictly so the service can function:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, delivers the form, and provides bot protection.
- Our email providers — deliver your submission to our inbox and hold our correspondence.
- AI assistants and search engines — we ask public assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity questions about your publicly available business information, exactly as a prospective customer would. We do not submit your personal contact details to them.
What we never do
- We never carry one client's data, strategy or competitor information into another engagement.
- We never ask for your website login or passwords in order to produce a free Snapshot.
- We never add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
If the enquiry does not lead to work, we delete the submission within 12 months. If it does, we keep the records for as long as the engagement runs and for up to 5 years afterwards, to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@aivisible.sg and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare's bot-protection widget on the request form may set a strictly necessary token to confirm the submission is not automated. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. Substantive changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to affected individuals directly.
